the location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring the city center; we were able to walk to all the main attractions easily. We also appreciated the availability of a shared kitchen, which made it possible to save up on food expenses.
The accommodation was not quite what we expected. the room was not as well-equipped as it seemed in the pictures with old and worn-out furniture.

The sound insulation between the rooms could be improved.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, from its prime location right in the center of town to the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff exceeded my expectations - Stefania, in particular, was a caring and attentive host who went out of her way to ensure that I felt welcome and well taken care of. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was simply delicious!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent xmas in a well-located hotel that offered breakfast in our room and a comfortable bed. The room was spacious enough and the Wi-Fi was fast. we were pleasantly surprised by the charming Christmas markets around the hotel. a great experience!
The hotel doesn't offer much sound isolation, and my sleep was disturbed by noise from the other rooms. there were no staff to assist us with our luggage and the reception was hard to find.
